Chef Marko Sõmer’s menu is characterized by a harmonious blend of textures, colors, and flavors, all crafted with his skilled hand. His distinctive approach is a result of his years of experience in various restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Ireland, where he worked before joining Horisont.
